Michael H. Anderson, Ph.D. Joins McKee, Voorhees & Sease, PLCOctober 4, 2021

MVS is pleased to announce that Michael H. Anderson, Ph.D. has joined MVS as Senior Counsel. Michael will bring his significant legal experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, primarily in the biotechnology field.

“We are excited to have Michael join MVS as part of our Chemical and Biotechnology practice group. Michael has worked for a number of high profile law firms,” said Heidi S. Nebel, Managing Partner and Chair of the Chemical and Biotechnology Practice Group at MVS. “He has significant experience representing clients of all sizes ranging from small startups to public companies and institutions. We also look forward to Michael working with our technology transfer clients on a number of initiatives.”

Michael’s life sciences practice includes biologic and biochemical therapeutics, nucleic acid therapeutics, microbial technologies, vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, as well as diagnostics, drug discovery and drug delivery technologies. In addition to his biotechnology and pharmaceutical expertise, Michael has experience handling a wide variety of technologies including aerospace technologies, telecommunications, additive manufacturing technologies and solar panels.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Genetics from the University of California at Los Angeles and he received his Ph.D. in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
