McKee, Voorhees & Sease is pleased to share that Cassie J, Edgar, Partner, Patent Attorney, and Chair of the Regulatory Law Practice Group and Co-Chair of the Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group, has been appointed Vice President of the FIN Capital Investor Association.

FIN Capital Investor Association is an organization that funds startups across agriculture, medicine, and technology that are changing the world. Their portfolio includes LEAH Laboratories, OCULOGICA, Abilitech Medical, Inc., ClinicNote, Metametrix, Gain Compliance, VetMeasure STRATAFOLIO and ClearFlame Engine Technologies to name a few.

Cassie Edgar is a scientist and an attorney, with both corporate and private practice experience. Throughout her career she has held positions in R&D, legal, and management roles to working to translate innovation in biotechnology into revenue. Cassie has global experience protecting IP, driving regulatory approvals and compliance, and structuring licenses and collaborations.
